Diesel Park West's debut album was recorded at Olympic Studios with Chris Kimsey producing. Kimsey had previously worked with John Butler when he produced the second Widowmaker album, Too Late To Cry in 1977. For the USA release, 'Opportunity Crazy' and 'What About Us' were dropped, and 'All The Myths On Sunday' featured an alternate mix by Bob Clearmountain. 'Don't Be Scared of The Night' was recycled from the 1982 Flicks album, a band that featured John Butler and Moth Smith.
