1984 Single by The Come On

The band issued one single under the moniker Come On. Guitar Party and Zero were both written by John Butler, and produced by Will Birch of The Records fame.

1987 Single by Diesel Park West

The band finally got a break on Good Friday 1987, when Dave Balfe from Food Records signed the band and asked them to change their name. In August, their first single was issued. The rather over-the-top liner notes on the single herald Leicester as 'nowheresville, half way on the road to every destination' and insist that the band are only interested in two subjects, Moby Grape and that football can be enhanced through the use of LSD.

Walk With The Mountain was issued as a promotional single in the USA, in anticipation of the Deceny album. That album never saw a proper release in the States, and neither did this single.

This was a promotional single included inside the Corporate Waltz album. My Friend The Sun is a cover of the Whitney/Chapman song originally recorded by Family, and Forever Partners would finally seea proper release on the Thought For Food album in 2001.

Natural Things was the only single issued from the Freakgene album, and it was quickly withdrawn. The additional tracks include yet another Moby Grape cover Hootchi, and standout tracks Siegmund Says and Bloody As Fur, which would both feature on the Hip Replacement album.
